Love Lula March Beauty Box Review

One Little Vice Beauty Blog: Natural Beauty Subscription Box Review

For the last few months I've been receiving Love Lula's Natural Beauty Box - a monthly beauty subscription box that contains only natural beauty products. For £12.50 a month I've found it to be a cost effective and fun way to try out new brands and new products that I otherwise might never think to buy for myself. I received my Love Lula March Beauty Box last week and I was really, really happy with the contents. Not only does it contain some wonderful natural beauty brands but it also represents excellent value for money. I've listed the contents below (you can read more about each one by clicking on the name of the products);

RRP £21.00

RRP £17.00

RRP 150g £6.00 - sample value £1.00

My Thoughts

When I first picked the box up I found it to be considerably lighter in weight than last month - initially, this worried me as I thought that maybe it would just be stuffed full of sachets. Actually, what I found was that there was a really nice array of products. I liked that there's a little bit of everything - from skincare, body care as well as the EcoTools brushes and BB Cream sample. I'm also very happy to have been introduced to a new brand -Vinali - as well as coming across some old favourites including Balance Me and Madara. I still think that LoveLula is one of the best beauty boxes available and I have yet to be disappointed. If you're interested in trying more natural beauty products then I'd highly recommend the service - a monthly beauty box delivery for £12.50, that always arrives promptly and that's never missing any products. You can subscribe to next month's box online here

Love Lula December Beauty Box Review

One Little Vice UK Beauty Blog: Love Lula December Beauty Box Review

I received my December LoveLula Beauty Box over the weekend and I couldn't have been happier with the contents! LoveLula is a monthly beauty subscription (£12.50 per month inc. postage) service featuring natural and cruelty free beauty products. This month's box featured some really lovely brands, and I was particularly happy to see a bottle of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap - a product that I already absolutely love. I was also really happy to see some Joik products in the box as they're a brand that I've been really keen to try for the longest time. The Salcura Hand Hydrator is another lovely inclusion, although I've seen so many beauty subscription boxes featuring hand creams so I have quite a few to get through now. Lastly, there were also two FairSquared Lip Balms in the box, I didn't love the Pomegranate scent but I adore the smell of Spearmint so I can't wait to try that out. Overall, I'm really happy with all the brands included in the box and I feel as though there was a great range of products too. As per usual, LoveLula has really impressed me and I'm already looking forward to January's box!

LoveLula November Beauty Box Review

image of LoveLula's November Beauty Box Contents

After the success of LoveLula's October Beauty Box I was worried that the November box might not excite me. How wrong was I! This month's box is absolutely packed full of goodies, some of which I've wanted to try for a while (Jason and Barefoot SOS I'm looking at you) and some which I hadn't really considered before. LoveLula's beauty boxes are £12.50 and I think that the two boxes I've had so far have both represented excellent value for money as well as having showcased some really great natural beauty brands.

The contents of the Love Lula's November Box are as follows:
Jason's Apricot Scrubble 113g  (£5.49 for 113g)
Suti Cleanse Balm 4ml (£28 for 50ml)
1 x £25 voucher for Hello Fresh

Excluding the Hello Fresh Voucher (which I know many people wouldn't use) this box has a collective value of £36.15, which is a very good return on the £12.50 I invested in it. I thought I'd outline this at the outset because one comment I often get is that beauty boxes aren't really worth the money, but sometimes they can actually offer brilliant value for money and allow you to try brands you might not otherwise be able to afford. However, for me the success of LoveLula's November Beauty Box lies in the fact that I really love all the products in the box. Unlike other beauty boxes I've received in the past, LoveLula keep including brands and products that I'm very happy to introduce into my beauty routine. My only comment is that it is a shame that the Giovanni Shampoo isn't accompanied by the matching conditioner as I know many people prefer receiving haircare as part of a set. However, I am actually lucky enough to already have a sample of the conditioner so I can test them out together and report back on whether they're worth investing in as a pair. I'm particularly excited to see Jason's Apricot Scrubble included in this month's box as I'm just about to run out of Lush's Let the Good Times Roll and this will make an excellent replacement.

What do you think about this LoveLula's November Beauty Box? Personally I'm thrilled - and already can't wait for December's beauty box! - but which products would you like to see reviewed first?
