LookFantastic March Beauty Box Review (#LFBeautyBox)

One Little Vice Beauty Blog: Look Fantastic Beauty Box Contents Review

Oh LookFantastic! They've gone and done it again, their March Beauty Box* is packed full of interesting and useful products that I think will appeal to many people. When I opened my beauty box I was immediately impressed with the range of products included, as well as with the brands. It's nice to receive products from brands that you've actually heard of before - and even better when they're brands that you really like or that you've wanted to try for a long time! Well, the #LFBeautyBox doesn't disappoint on these fronts.

LookFantastic's March Beauty Box Contents*

available from Look Fantastic - #LFbeautybox sample value £10.38
I've seen this body moisturiser on beauty blogs before and I've always been interested in its claim of reducing the appearance of cellulite and improving the tone and texture of the skin. Given the price tag (the full size retails at £29.50), I would categorise this product as "high end" so I've got high expectations! I think that this sample size is definitely generous enough to see if you like the product but  I dot think that it would necessarily enough to see long-term improvement. We shall have to see I suppose!

available online from Look Fantastic for £7.99
I've heard lots of good things about the original sized "Wet" Brush but I'm doubly happy to see a handy travel sized brush in this month's beauty box. I love trying new hairbrushes, especially ones that I can take out-and-about with me. The difference between this brush and others that I already own is that the Lil "Wet" Brush has quite long and incredibly flexible bristles that not only brush your hair but they also gently stimulate your scalp as well. I'm excited to start using this and I'm sure it will make another appearance on my blog later this month.

I personally don't think that you can go wrong with a black eyeliner and I'm excited to try out some of Lord & Berry's makeup. This eyeliner is in a handy travel size that will still give plenty of use but that is dinky enough to carry around with you. I'll definitely be trying this out to see how it compares to my current favourite pencil eyeliner from Japonesque.

One Little Vice Beauty Blog: Caudalie NudeStix Cowshed Wet Brush #LFBeautyBox

available online from Look Fantastic for £5.00
I haven't tried many of Cowshed's products before but I know that they're a nice company that uses lots of natural ingredients so I'm excited to see the lip balm in this month's beauty box. It's full of essential oils (including linden blossom, rose geranium and ylang ylang) and I love the monochrome packaging. I'll be interested to see how I get along with it!

available online from Look Fantastic -  #LFbeautybox sample value £11.66
This product from Caudalie won't appear in everyone's box this month - but those who don't receive this Cadualie Serum will receive an alternative product from Nuxe. I'm personally really happy to have received a Caudalie product as I haven't yet had the chance to try out much of their products but I've read some wonderful reviews. I think that it's really lovely to see such a popular, luxury brand making an appearance in a beauty box and I'm looking forward to seeing how this serum works.

available online from Look Fantastic for £24.00
For me, this cream eyeshadow stick from NudeStix is the standout product in March's beauty box. Not only is it a product from a luxury brand but it's a really lovely product that will work for many people regardless of their skin type or tone. It's a golden cream eyeshadow that sets as you apply it and really stays put - I swatched it on my hand and it didn't budge or smudge for hours and hours, so if you coupled this with an eyeshadow primer I imagine it would last through the day! It's a lovely product in a lovely colour and I'm really excited to try it out. I'll definitely be featuring a full review later this month.

  1. Oooh I cannot wait for my box! I love my Wet Brush and have wanted a travel size for ages. Not a fan of the Lord and Berry pencil; I wish beauty boxes would stop sending out black pencil liners. I have enough for the next 40 years LOL. But everything else is brilliant as usual!

  2. This is going to be my first Look Fantastic box and I'm even more excited for it to arrive now! I've wanted a Wet Brush for a while but never got round to picking on up so I'm glad that's in there.
