It's the day before Christmas and you think you've got everything sorted well that is until you see the scale of the pile of presents under your family's Christmas tree... and it dawns on you that maybe you're not quite pulling your weight. It's at moments like these that you imagine the 101 things that you could possibly buy on Christmas Eve - but facing the centre of town is absolutely too much for you right now. But luckily enough you don't have to brave travelling into town, you just need to get to your local Waitrose.
I don't do much of my general shopping in Waitrose, but I do think that it's a great pitstop for beauty bits and one of my favourite brands, Lanolips, can be found on the shelves of its beauty aisle. Housed in utterly gift-able packaging, Lanolips have everything from moisturisers to lip balm. My current favourite products from their line-up are the Lanolips' 101 Ointments* (£7.99), thick and hydrating balms that can be used everywhere and anywhere to nourish dry lips and skin. The "fruities" range is particularly fun, with Strawberry, Apple and Peach flavours, and they make great stocking fillers.
Waitrose also stock Kate Humble's range of natural body care products, available in two scents; Sweet Pea and Verbena, and Rose and Frankincense. I've been using the Humble Hand Lotion* (£10.00) and Humble Body Wash* (£10.00) and I've been really impressed with both of them. I also think that (unlike Lanolips) the packaging is pretty gender neutral. And if you're looking for other brands then Waitrose also stock the likes of BRYT, Neal's Yard and Balance Me - all of which offer great products that would make fantastic last minute gifts.
Waitrose's beauty aisle has saved me on more than one occasion, so if you find yourself in need of a last minute Christmas gift then I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
Great selection, thank you for these lovely gifts ideas!

I never heard of the Humble range, but I really like the sound and look of it. I miss Waitrose so much, there is not one grocery shop in Germany that comes even close to Waitrose.
